We accept livestock daily, year round for your processing needs. Our cut selections will exceed all of your processing needs and our specialty products are proven to be the best you'll ever have! Our standard aging period for your beef is 12 days and may be extended to ensure the best possible quality in taste and tenderness is delivered. We offer traditional freezer paper or vacuum seal packaging in portion size to fill your needs. You'll never have a better dining experience once you've opened a package from Prairie Dell. No MSG or gluten fillers here, JUST GOOD MEAT! We harvest animals daily, or as needed, to accommodate our customer's schedules for drop offs. If a trailer is your problem, we offer a pick-up service as well. Our State of Texas establishment number is 1345 and we operate under a Grant of Custom exemption through the States Meat Safety Assurance Unit.
